This is a true example of Depression-era American craftsmanship: a matching pair of authentic vintage Westmoreland Glass Company "Della Robbia" flashed glass plates. This legendary pattern draws inspiration from the lush botanical wreaths of Italian Renaissance sculptor Luca della Robbia. Each plate is forged from clear, thick-walled pressed glass featuring an incredibly detailed, deeply embossed harvest garland of apples, pears, and grapes winding around the underside border. Completely smooth on the interior dining surface, this magnificent duo is perfect for serving upscale salads or holiday desserts, and serves as an exceptional gallery display inside a retro kitchen hutch.

Material: Heavy pressed depression glass with hand-applied multi-color flashed detailing.
Color: Transparent crystalline background highlighted with rich ruby-red apples, amethyst grapes, and frosted amber-cream pears.
Dimensions: 9 x 9 x 0.75 in.
Era: Depression Era to Early Mid-Century (Circa 1928 – 1940s production run).
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The heavy clear glass structures remain beautifully vibrant and free of clouding, deep scratches, hairline fractures, or chips.
